Welcome to The Celiac Maniac's online store!  We are happy to provide you with the best tasting gluten-free/vegan products available.  All of our products are made in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free facility and we use regional, organic ingredients whenever possible.

We understand that a restricted diet can be "nutritionally challenged."  That's why we NEVER use white rice flour, ever!  By using whole grain, alternative flours such as Teff, Sorghum, Amaranth, Millet and others, we pack as much nutrition in all of our products as possible, without compromising taste and texture!
