Snickerdoodle Cookies

A classic, authentic tasting Snickerdoodle. Soft. Great tang. Just like you remember.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Sorghum flour, Potato starch, Brown rice flour, Tapioca flour, Teff flour), Vegan butter (soybean, palm fruit, canola & olive oils, filtered water, salt, natural flavor, soy protein, soy lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy), colored with beta carotene from natural sources), Organic evaporated cane juice, Flax meal, Organic applesauce, Cream of tartar, Xanthan gum, Baking soda, Sea salt.

Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a small bowl, combine 1 TBSP cinnamon and 2 TBSP sugar. Pull cookie doh-balls from freezer, roll tops in sugar mixture, then place on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 12 minutes, until edges are just slightly brown. Do not over bake as this will dry out the cookies! Cool cookies on cooling rack and enjoy!
