Pizza Crust

Look forward to pizza night again! Our crust is soft, chewy and will fool even your gluten-eating friends into thinking they're eating a "regular" pizza! This crust also works great as a dipping bread, just bake with a little bit of olive oil, sea salt and some spices. Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Potato starch, Tapioca flour, Organic Amaranth flour, Sorghum flour), Canola oil, Organic apple cider vinegar, Yeast, Organic Evaporated cane juice, Xanthan gum, Sea salt. Baking Directions: Remove from freezer and let crust thaw to room temperature - about 1 hour. Place oven rack in middle of oven and pre-heat oven to 425-degrees. Top crust with favorite sauce, cheese (or vegan alternative) and toppings. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and pizza is heated through. Remove pizza from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. For extra flavor, brush edge of crust with olive oil prior to cutting and serving. Enjoy!
