Chocolate Cake Mix Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Potato starch, Teff flour, Sorghum flour, Brown rice flour, Millet), Organic cocoa powder, Organic evaporated cane juice, Baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, cornstarch (from non-gmo corn)), Vanilla powder, Baking soda, Xanthan gum, Sea salt.

Chocolate Frosting Mix Ingredients: Powdered sugar, Organic cocoa powder, Vanilla powder, Sea salt.

Cake Baking Directions: Preheat your electric oven for 10 minutes. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Empty The Celiac Maniac baking mix into a small mixing bowl, add 1 TBSP+1 tsp warm water and mix well. Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool for another 10-15 minutes on cooling rack. Frost and enjoy!

Frosting Directions: In a small bowl, combine frosting packet and 2 tsp of soft butter and a few drops of warm water. Mix well.
