Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Sorghum flour, Tapioca starch, Potato starch, Organic Amaranth flour, Teff flour), Brown sugar (sugar, molasses), Organic Cocoa powder, Gluten-free/dairy-free chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, salt, vanillin), Organic Palm oil and/or vegan butter (soybean, palm fruit, canola & olive oils, filtered water, salt, natural flavors, soy protein, soy lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy), colored with beta carotene from natural sources), Organic Evaporated cane juice, Organic Applesauce, Flax meal, Xanthan gum, Vanilla extract, Baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn-starch (from non-gmo corn)), Baking soda, Sea salt.

Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Pull cookie doh-balls from freezer and place on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 10-11 minutes, until edges are just slightly brown. Do not over bake as this will dry out the cookies! Cool cookies on cooling rack and enjoy!
