Our Chocolate Chip Cookies come frozen in doh-balls about the size of a golf ball. This way, you can enjoy a single, fresh, delicious chocolate chip cookie whenever you want! Or make two...we won't tell.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Sorghum flour, Tapioca starch, Potato starch, Teff flour, Organic Amaranth flour), Brown sugar (sugar, molasses), Gluten-free/dairy-free chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, salt, vanillin), Organic Palm oil and/or vegan butter (soybean, palm fruit, canola & olive oils, filtered water, salt, natural flavors, soy protein, soy lecithin, lactic acid (non-dairy), colored with beta carotene from natural sources), Organic Evaporated cane juice, Flax meal, Vanilla extract, Xanthan gum, Organic applesauce, Baking soda, Sea salt, Baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn-starch (from non-gmo corn)).

Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Place frozen cookie doh-balls on parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake for 12-13 minutes, until edges are just slightly brown. Do not over bake as this will dry out the cookies! Cookie will look a bit undercooked, but that's how you want them. Cool completely and enjoy!
