Brownie Mix

Gluten Free Vegan Brownies

Moist, fudgy and incredibly chocolatey, everything you've ever wanted in a brownie - gluten free or not. And with our brownie mix, there's no need for any dairy or eggs. So go ahead, indulge. You deserve it.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Teff flour, Sorghum flour, Tapioca flour, Potato starch, Organic Amaranth flour), Organic Evaporated cane juice, Gluten-free/dairy-free chocolate chips (evaporated cane juice, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (a non-GMO emulsifier), ground vanilla beans), Organic cocoa powder, Vanilla powder, Xanthan gum, Sea salt, Baking soda.

Cooking Directions: Just add 1/3 cup softened butter, 1/3 cup Canola oil and 1 cup Warm water to the mix. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350-degrees for 22-26 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into squares. Enjoy! Any leftovers (yeah, right) will freeze very well for next time!
