Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend (Potato starch, Sorghum flour), Onion powder, Sea salt, Baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, cornstarch (from non-gmo corn)), Baking soda, Paprika, Xanthan gum, Black pepper, Turmeric. Cooking Directions: Just add 2 cups of mix with 1-1/2 cups Rice milk (or other non-dairy milk) OR gluten free beer. Add liquid to dry mix. Whisk until smooth and the consistency of pancake batter. Heat oil in non-stick skillet to 350-degrees. Add chicken, fish or onion rings to batter, coat completely and add to hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides and filling is cooked completely.
