The Celiac Maniac is a wholesale & direct order gluten free/vegan bakery located in Bend, OR. Founded by a Celiac, for Celiacs and those with food intolerances.

We strive to provide the best tasting gluten free/vegan baked goods while maximizing nutrition by using regional, organic ingredients - whenever possible - and NO WHITE RICE, EVER! By using whole grain, alternative flours such as Teff, Sorghum, Amaranth, Millet and others, we pack as much nutrition in all of our baked products as possible, without compromising taste and texture!

Hand made, in small batches, in a dedicated gluten free, dairy free, egg free facility.
